Mecklenburg County does not endorse any of the vendors listed here over other vendors, listed or not. The vendors listed here are familiar with our mulch and compost products and have pledged to perform work in a customer friendly manner. You are free to use one of these vendors or any vendor of your choice to haul materials to your home or business.

If you choose to use one of our Preferred Haulers, you pay them for the total service, NOT Mecklenburg County.  The cost you pay includes paying for materials and transport to your home or business. They should not mark up any cost of our materials. However, costs may vary depending on if customers want the mulch dumped or spread, and how far they travel to your home or business.
